Nothing that I didn't like.

This mountain escape is an excellent choice for families and couples looking for a quiet retreat. Nestled in the stunning Kronose mountains, it's located away from the commercial center of the town, yet still within reach of the ski lifts. You'll love the comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms, friendly service, and delicious breakfast. the cozy breakfast room, ski equipment room, and sauna are some of the facilities that add to your comfortable stay.

The hotel might not be the most affordable option, but it's still worth considering for the warm and welcoming atmosphere, great location, and excellent service it provides.

The set up was perfect for a holiday. Four out of six rooms were nicely equipped and cleaned daily, each with fantastic views of the area. the sauna was a great bonus, available upon request, and there was a handy ski equipment room, including a boot dryer. the host was very accommodating and allowed for pre, ordered meals freshly prepared on site, catering to dietary requirements. the breakfast was also very nice with a cozy dining area, and the location was peaceful with plenty of free on, site parking.

The owner's lack of English caused some confusion during communication, and there could have been more understanding around the storage of luggage after check, out. there was an incident where I was confronted by the owner in regards to items taken from the fridge, which made for an uncomfortable confrontation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing hotel in the Kronose mountains. The location was perfect – nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial center of Spindleruv, yet still within walking distance to hotels with restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Despite the language barrier, they were attentive and even provided helpful tips on local attractions and dining options. The breakfast provided at the cozy breakfast room was delicious and offered a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. Furthermore, the value for money was exceptional, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, very peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the ski resort and the town center. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The sauna was a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. We loved the views from our room and the cozy atmosphere of the place.

The bed was uncomfortable and too hard for our liking. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi, which was not very fast and sometimes disconnecting.

We loved the peaceful location, cozy breakfast room, and friendly staff. It was within walking distance to hotels with restaurants, and transportation options to the ski lifts were easily accessible.
